My pricing is simple, fair, and designed for small and medium businesses. I don’t charge hourly for fractional remote HR support. Instead, I use fixed, value based weekly pricing, with the length of the engagement scaled to your business size, complexity, and needs.

This means you’re paying for outcomes, experience, and accountability not a timesheet. We agree the scope, priorities, and timeframe upfront, then I focus on delivering practical HR outcomes that move your business forward.

Part Time Does Not Mean Unavailable

My fractional HR service is delivered part time, with dedicated time each week aligned to your priorities. Part time means focused, planned, and responsive, not distant or hands off.

You still get consistent HR leadership, support for managers, ownership of people matters, and momentum on agreed initiatives. Time is used intentionally, where it adds the most value.
