It’s so simple. You drop me an email and tell me what needs doing. We schedule a phone chat to confirm your exact requirements or if you prefer it can all be done via email. I scope the task, provide a clear fixed price and timeline for completion.Once approved, I get the work sorted. When completed the work will be delivered via email, through online systems or via a one drive link for you to download. (Note: you do not need to have one drive to download items shared with you via a link) The scope, price and expected timeframe are all agreed before work begins.

Because you may not need a traditional HR consultancy. If you have one specific HR job that needs doing or several, you can engage me for that task/tasks, receive a fixed price upfront and only pay for the work you actually need. You still get senior level HR expertise but without the retainer, ongoing commitment or hourly clock.
