My Story
Hello, I’m Erin an independent Human Resources consultant based in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in remote, project based HR support for small and medium-sized businesses across Australia.
With a career spanning industries from construction and resources to commercial landscaping, manufacturing and telecommunications and even hairdressing, where my journey began, I bring a uniquely practical perspective to managing people and building better workplaces.
Since 2007, I’ve worked with businesses to develop HR frameworks that are not only compliant, but purposeful and impactful. By aligning people with organisational goals through thoughtful workforce planning, practical policy design, and meaningful change initiatives, I’ve seen first hand the real difference smart HR makes: stronger engagement, higher retention, improved productivity, and workplaces where people genuinely want to stay and grow.
I also understand the reality for smaller organisations with limited time, tight budgets, and often no internal HR support.
